The firing line for this range is to be established at the bottom of the range, by the rows of benches in front of the clubhouse. There is to be NO shooting from any point along the range, but this firing line.

When using this range, you MUST fire from the designated firing line. You may NEVER move forward and shoot.

Benches are there for your use, you can move them, but never forward of the firing line. Shooters on the 100/200m range can shoot at any of the three bermed distances, but seat yourselves accordingly so that you line up with the appropriate target and berm. For example, do not shoot at a 200m target from the far-left hand side of the firing line, move to the right side. Shooters in the middle can shoot either distance.

BEFORE SHOOTING, ENSURE THERE ARE NO SHOOTERS DOWN RANGE OR BEHIND THE 100m or 200m BERMS. You MUST walk to the back of 100m berm BEFORE shooting to ensure there is no one or no wildlife behind it.

The 100/200m range can be configured as either a 25m, 100m, OR a 200m rifle range.

There is to be no 100m shooting using the top 100m of the range, except as required during BTSA-sanctioned events. The Upper half of this range is convertible to a secondary “100m” range only during sanctioned events.

Targets must be placed immediately in front of either the 25m, 100m, or 200m berms. Placing targets at intermediate distances OR using range as action range is not permitted (except as authorized during club sanctioned events and competitions).

Targets must be set up so that bullets strike the berms.

All shooters must shoot from the same firing line.

This range is rated to a maximum of .338 Lapua template and range usage is primarily for center-fire rifle.

If you see the "Range Closed" sign, find out why it’s there before using the range (there should be a match director around).

Acceptable calibres:

  • All rifle calibres up to and including the .338 Lapua template group
  • All handgun calibres
  • All black powder
  • All shotguns, (horizontal only, no aerial targets)

Prohibited calibres:

  • NO .50 BMG. No APRA ranges are templated for this round, meaning there is no Chief Firearms Officer (CFO) approval

Steel Targets ONLY:
