Note: Build will be mostly finished as of WED. We are only putting final touches or adjustments on THU so only need a few volunteers this day.

General Match Volunteers

We will need a few general match volunteers to assist with parking, administration, setup, runners etc.

Build Volunteers

If you are already booked with the MD to be on the build crew, please sign-up here for shifts.

All other BTSA members are welcome to come help out too on any of the build days. Please bring your own tools, we will provide materials and lunches.

Food Volunteers

We will be serving BBQ lunch to approximately +210 competitors and spectators, each day of the 3 day event.

We need volunteers to prep, cook, serve and cleanup. No experience necessary, but catering experience would be a bonus.

Profits from the lunch will be going to the Alberta Children's Hospital Charity.

Volunteers may stay before/after and spectate the match if they wish. We will also be entering all volunteers into prize draws.

NOTE: There will be Camping available at the range, if you are interested in attending multiple days
